Shipping Policy

Overview

All ground and freight orders from Elite Electric Products are shipped through our preferred carriers. Please note that we are unable to accommodate specific shipper requests or allow third-party pickups. Ground orders are delivered without requiring a signature, meaning Elite Electric Products cannot be held responsible for any items that are reported as delivered but are missing or damaged. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors first, then contact the carrier directly. Order tracking information will be emailed to you and posted in your account under your order details when the order is shipped.

Note: Carrier deliveries may occur as late as 10 pm in some instances.

If Your Tracking Information Shows Delivered, But You Can’t Find Your Package:

  • Verify the shipping address in Your Orders.
  • Look for a delivery attempt notice.
  • Check the delivery location around your property.
  • Confirm if someone else accepted the delivery unless there are health or safety concerns.
  • Inspect your mailbox or any usual spots where mail is delivered, as packages may have been handled by multiple carriers.

Allow up to 48 hours for your package to arrive after it's marked as delivered. If your package still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, please contact us within 60 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

UPS Ground Orders

Elite Electric Products simplifies shipping for non-freight orders by exclusively using UPS. Customers can select between standard ground and expedited shipping services to suit their needs. We strive to keep shipping costs low by packaging items as efficiently as possible. However, as ground orders do not require a signature upon delivery, Elite Electric Products cannot be held liable for any items that UPS marks as delivered but are later reported as missing or damaged.

In the event of a missing package, please thoroughly check all potential delivery locations once UPS has marked it as delivered. Our shipping operations run Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or not marked as "preparing to ship" by 3:00 PM will be processed for shipment on the following business day. These guidelines help ensure that we provide efficient and cost-effective shipping services to our customers.

Freight Orders

Customers are solely responsible for unloading all freight shipments; freight carriers do not provide unloading services. To ensure smooth logistics, we recommend shipping freight exclusively to commercial addresses equipped with a forklift. For residential deliveries, customers must ensure the carrier's truck can access the delivery site and that the necessary equipment and assistance are available for unloading.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the order being returned to Elite Electric Products. In such cases, the purchaser will receive a credit, less all freight costs, return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to 20%. Factors such as gated communities, restrictions on large trucks, inaccessible roads, or other issues may hinder freight delivery. Elite Electric Products is not liable for delivery issues arising from such circumstances.

If you have special requests regarding freight delivery, please communicate directly with the carrier, as Elite Electric Products will not handle these requests.

Delivery Dates

Elite Electric Products provides estimated delivery dates on each product page. Please note that these estimates are subject to change based on factors such as the items in your cart, shipping and processing times, and stock availability.

The estimated delivery date shown on your order confirmation represents the anticipated delivery date. However, these estimates are not guaranteed.

The "Fastest delivery" option reflects the best-case scenario for processing the item. Products marked as "in stock" are expected to arrive on or before the estimated delivery date. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product popularity, manufacturing or assembly processes, and the availability of raw materials and labor.

Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, natural disasters, or freight delays, may affect the delivery date. In such cases, the estimated delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

If there are any delays with your order, our customer service team will promptly notify you via email with an updated delivery date. We strive to keep you informed and provide the best possible service.

Receiving Freight Orders

Ownership of freight shipments transfers from Elite Electric Products to the consignee once the delivery ticket is signed as received.

Before signing the delivery ticket, please verify that your order has been delivered in full and that there is no visible damage. Note any missing or damaged items on the delivery ticket, and ask the delivery driver to do the same. Elite Electric Products recommends refusing shipments with excessive damage. If you receive a shipment that is damaged, unwanted, or incorrect, you are not obligated to sign for or accept it.

If a shipment is delivered and signed for with no damage noted, it is considered complete, and Elite Electric Products will not be responsible for any further issues.

All freight orders from Elite Electric Products are shipped in either black or blue packaging. If your order arrives with packaging of a different color, please verify that all items are included and note any discrepancies on the delivery ticket.

Before confirming that no items are missing, Elite Electric Products strongly recommends taking a photo of any damaged freight.
