1.5 HP Elite TENV Stainless Electric Motor with Base

The 1.5 HP Elite TENV Stainless Electric Motor with Base is a single-phase, dual-voltage motor. Its welded base is compatible with standard mounting patterns found on flat-plate gear plates. Made from stainless steel, it features aluminum end plates that resist corrosion and rust. A heavy marine-grade gasket on the capacitor housing helps keep out water and dust. It is easy to wire with standard yellow T-Wires and works with any known drum switch or remote.

The motor operates on either 115 volts or 230 volts. When running on 115 volts, it draws 15.4 amps; on 230 volts, it draws 7.7 amps. It spins at a speed of 1725 revolutions per minute (RPM) with a frequency of 60 Hz. It belongs to frame 56c and has a service factor of 1.15, handling up to 17.6 amps at 115 volts or 8.8 amps at 230 volts. It can work in an ambient temperature of up to 40°C for a maximum of 15 minutes. The housing is Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated (TENV) with a code of E. It has insulation class F and is UL recognized with a C-UL-US stamp.
