Placing orders online is the safest and most reliable way to ensure accuracy and prompt receipt of your order with Elite Electric Products. We require all customers to have an online account for secure transactions. Through your account, you can access a variety of features, including order placement, total cost calculation, estimated delivery dates, billing invoices, order history, and more.

Verbal Ordering
Our customer service department is available to take verbal orders between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.
When placing a verbal order, please have the part number ready, as we cannot process orders without it. We highly recommend using our website, www.EliteElectricProducts.com, to find part numbers or place your order online directly.
While we strive to process verbal orders promptly, please note that they carry some risks. Elite Electric Products is not responsible for any errors that may occur with verbal orders. Any additional shipping or handling charges due to mistakes will be the customer's responsibility.
After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It’s important to review this email immediately to verify all details. If you identify any discrepancies, please contact us right away for corrections. However, if the order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Purchase Order Emails
To place a Purchase Order with Elite Electric Products, please email it directly to our customer service team. Ensure that your Purchase Order includes the item number and current price for accurate processing. Incomplete Purchase Orders will not be fulfilled.
It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that their Purchase Order has been received by contacting Elite Electric Products. We cannot expedite the ordering process if a Purchase Order is overlooked. As a fulfillment center, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and all orders are processed in the order they are received.
Dynamic Pricing
Please note that Elite Electric Products' prices are dynamic and may change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will be considered final, and any prior quotes or estimates will not be honored.
Stock Policy
Elite Electric Products offers four stock status options: In Stock, Available, Currently Unavailable, and Out of Stock.
- In Stock: The product is available and ready for immediate shipment.
- Available: The product requires production, often due to special order status, and will be shipped once ready. Shipping times may be longer for these items.
- Currently Unavailable: The product is temporarily unavailable due to vendor or resource constraints. It will return to "In Stock" as soon as it becomes available.
- Out of Stock: The product is not currently available, and there is no estimate for when it may be back in stock.
Incorrect Orders & Mistakes
If Elite Electric Products ships the wrong item or quantity, we will promptly correct the issue and ship the correct items according to our standard shipping procedures. Claims for shortages or hidden damages must be made within two weeks of delivery. Elite Electric Products does not offer expedited shipping for these corrections. We are not responsible for labor or time lost due to missed shipments or missing items.
Return Policy
Non-special order items may be returned within 60 days of shipment from Elite Electric Products. Returns can be initiated through our website or your online account order history. Only items purchased directly from Elite Electric Products are eligible for return; purchases made through third-party dealers must be returned through the original place of purchase.
Elite Electric Products does not require third-party dealers to adhere to our return policy. Special order items are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for freight returns.
Eligible returns will receive a refund for the purchase price up to 60 days from the purchase date. Our simple return system allows you to enter your order number or log into your account to access a return link and obtain a prepaid UPS label.
Only returns processed through our system will be accepted. The simple return system applies only to ground orders. For freight returns, please contact customer service at 1-800-259-8715 for assistance.
Rigging hardware and special order items, such as wire rope/cable, shackles, wire rope clamps, and fasteners, are not covered under warranties or return policies due to their specific use in various applications.
Warranty Policy
Elite Electric Products does not offer any express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, on any merchandise purchased. We assume no liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to our return policy, and we do not cover consequential, incidental, or special damages resulting from product defects.
If you need to file a warranty claim, you can do so through our Simple Returns page. However, please note that shipping charges are not covered under warranty claims. Tampering with product labels voids all warranties. Certain products, like wire rope/cable, shackles, wire rope clamps, and fasteners, are not covered under any warranties, and Elite Electric Products is not liable for damages resulting from their failure.
Filing a Claim
In the event of a claim, Elite Electric Products will manage the process on your behalf. Any issues with delivery must be reported to Elite Electric Products as soon as possible after receiving your shipment. We are not responsible for replacing items that are lost in transit but marked as received by the customer. A replacement item will be sent once the shipping carrier approves the claim.
We strive to make the claim process as straightforward and smooth as possible.
